We'd love for you to attend our Welcome Party -- this will be a celebration at the resort with catered food and entertainment to kick off our wedding weekend.

SATURDAY, MARCH 21,2026: Group Meetup at Xcaret Park (Optional)
This is casual meetup at Xcaret Park -- feel free to drop by if you'd like. If you would prefer to take advantage of the many perks of being a Hotel Xcaret guest and want to do an excursion on your own (like visiting the Mayan ruins, going ziplining or checking out one of the other Xcaret parks), please don't feel obligated to stop by.

SUNDAY, MARCH 22, 2026: The Wedding Day 
- Wedding Ceremony at 5:00pm at Caleta Fuego (outdoor ceremony)
- Group & Family Photos - followed by Guests Transferring to Xcaret Park for reception 6:00pm to 7:00pm
- Wedding Dinner Reception & Celebration from 7:00pm to 1:00am at La Isla at Xcaret Park
- Dress: Formal Attire

MONDAY, MARCH 23 2026: Farewell Brunch
