Kangaroo Babysitting Services is the official providers of babysitting services at Hotel Xcaret Mexico and other major hotel brands in the area.

We would love to assist you in any way we can. Our amazing team of English-speaking, infant-first-aid-trained babysitters can provide exceptional care for children of all ages.

As official providers in Xcaret México, it's important to mention that Xcaret policies only allow the babysitter to be in your room, however, you can pay a "day/night pass" so that the babysitter would be allowed to be around the hotel areas. It's essential you confirm this information with them.

And any restrictions on ages, etc. We have no age restrictions, but it's important that you share the ages of each child with us to ensure that the profiles of the assigned nannies are appropriate based on their experience.

Also, would all services take place in the guest's room or are you able to take the children around the resort? We can adapt to whatever guests decide. However, the Xcaret hotel policy requires a Day Pass/Night Pass to allow babysitters to leave the rooms. If they remain in the room at all times, there is no extra charge. Terms and Conditions for Babysitting Services:
Below are the terms and conditions for babysitting services through Kangaroo. Once hired the child's parents along with the babysitter, will go over a mini questionnaire that asks for information about your child, any medical issues that we may need to know, your cellular telephone number, where you will be on the property, more or less, among a couple of other points. 

Rate of service
$15.00 USD p/h

Travel Fee
$10.00 USD (Services finishing before 8 pm)
$15.00 USD (Services finishing from 8 pm onwards)
*In split services, a travel fee will be charged per service.

Terms & Conditions
Rates are per babysitter.

Half hours will be charged at half the price.
A Cancellation fee of $40.00 USD will apply if cancelled with less than 3 hours notice. 

Services are requested for a minimum of 2 hours.
Tips are not included in the service rates.

To secure the booking and babysitter we require a $40 USD deposit and your room number (when you arrive) so the babysitter can enter through security without delay. We will deduct this from your payment after the service. 

To make a deposit:
Credit/Debit Card: we will send you a CLIP link to pay online (It's required to attach a copy of the card owner's ID and a screenshot of the payment made.)

Methods of payment: 
Cash: You will be able to pay in dollars or Mexican pesos to the nanny at the end of the service.
Credit/Debit Card: Through a CLIP link you will be able to pay for your services (until 10 PM) (It's required to attach a copy of the card owner's ID and a screenshot of the payment made.)

*** IMPORTANT ***
Please note: Each nanny can only take care of a maximum of 2 children, depending on their ages. For children under 2 years of age, it’s a requirement that care should be 1:1, especially during daytime services and with water activities. For night and/or in-room services, if it’s a babysitter for two children (where one is under 2 years old), you must leave one of the two children asleep and cannot leave the property.
